Historically low interest rates, Auction clearances above 80% week after week, record prices replacing record prices in street after street, double digit growth throughout every suburb in the Inner West, coffee shops popping up across Marrickville quicker than mushrooms, Google glasses, drones, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Wifi, virtual this virtual that, 3D everything !

As I write this newsletter from my IPad on my lap in my car whilst I watch my son at Soccer training it's hard to fathom how quickly the convenience of such activities have entered our lives.
So what does this mean for the future ?
I can only see the bar raised higher this year as those Agents who fail to continue to move with the times being left well and truly behind.
