Once again the volume levels are down which is seasonally typical for the quieter Winter period where school holidays took up over two weeks last month.

Whilst the clearance rates for Dulwich Hill and Hurlstone Park were still very high it was interesting to see Marrickville dropping closer to 70% for the second consecutive month. We will find out if this is a more long term trend as we head into the busy Spring selling season.

Unsurprisingly interest rates were left on hold again when the Reserve bank met this Tuesday. I really can't see any significant change in our current economic conditions that would see rates going up before the end of the year.

We have some fabulous new homes available in our property menu so make sure you get out and see them.
