Housing Market Update 14/07/2017
With the end of the financial year well and truly behind us and school resuming next week it will be interesting to see what impact this has on the market.
The last few weeks have been pretty quiet on all fronts with many people understandably taking a break from all things real estate to tidy up work matters or slip in some time with the family on holiday.
Whilst all that has been going on we have been busily working away behind the scenes to bring you some much needed new stock and are pleased to launch several properties in our menu below.

With no change to interest rates by the Reserve Bank for so long I almost missed last week's announcement. Unsurprisingly the status quo remains with most eyes on the commercial banks to see if they will make further changes independently.
