Sydney Housing Market Update 25/05/2018
It's pretty much a case of business, as usual
At the moment with the market now fully bedded down for 2018 and a regular consistent pattern starting to reveal itself.
What we are noticing clearly
Is interest levels from buyers are still good but only up to a certain price point for each individual property. If the owner chooses to ignore that sentiment then things become fairly tough quite quickly.
In addition to this
Those properties which are poorly presented and hard to access for inspections or both are increasingly being marginalized far below market sale prices.
Conversely, those homes which are beautifully prepared and consistently available are achieving results above the norm.
It's not rocket science
But the calming of the market has brought these fundamentals strongly to the fore. The end result is those owners selling for a PRICE sit idle on the shelf growing staler by the day whilst those selling for a REASON meet the market, get the job done and move on.
