Sydney Property Market Update 20/10/2018
This week I would like to acknowledge two very special members of our business.
Andrew Knox and Mary Karam both celebrated their 10th Anniversary of employment with Richardson & Wrench Marrickville/Hurlstone Park.
In an era of rapid change, constant disruption and uncertainty that's no small feat.
They have both been an absolute pleasure to have in our offices and still come to work every day with a smile on their faces, and a positive "can do" attitude that is vital to assisting our clients.
Mary is the glue that keeps the Property Management department together, fresh with new ideas on how to do things better as well as troubleshooting the never ending problems our clients consistently face. Even after the joy of having her first child, she has returned to work as a vital part of our business.
As for Andrew, to have been continuously successful in the Residential Real Estate Sales Department for ten years in the same office, is a testament to his professionalism. I can say with hand on heart that in the ten years I have worked with him, not once can I remember a refusal to any request no matter how small, unimportant or difficult it may appear to be. Always on time, always positive and most important of all, always professional! Andrew is the kind of sales person every principal wants.
And just before I stop beating my chest, you may be interested to know in addition to these two stand out employees, we have another two who have already served over ten years and one who has been with us for nearly thirty!
As a family business with my parents and their three children all still actively participating in its day to day runnings, we share a combined experience of over 160 years (that hurt just writing it!). We don't just limit our "family" to this but extend it to all our loyal staff. They really are the foundation stone on which our entire company has been built on and successfully run over the past 47 years and we sincerely thank them for it.
That's it from me. Have a great weekend and I'll see you next week.
